TRT thigh injection....with a 30g 1'' needle

Typically, when people inject the quads they use 1 to 1.5'' needles with a 23 to 25 gauge needle. I wanted to experiment using the very small bore 30 gauge needle for my quad injection to see how it felt, if it were difficult to administer, and if it left any soreness. What's the verdict? There are no issues with using the same syringe that you draw with, to inject with? I saw some other tutorials where they draw with a larger needle and then backload it into an insulin syringe that they then use to inject with. I thought there could be issues such as rubber getting stuck in the needle, if you use the same needle/syringe to draw and inject with, and greater chance of infection

      No issues. We have plenty of patients who do the method we demonstrated. Think of it this way...diabetics have been doing this method for decades. Yes, you can do the backfill method as well, which is what you described. Technically, there's no "wrong" way of doing this. Just find what suits your preference.

    At 300 I guarantee you will be a walking zombie, needing to sleep 12 hours or more and still wake up feeling extremely tired. 600 is maybe barely good enough. Undecanoate has a long way to go to be anywhere nearly as effective as injections. Anemic people will need injections because the pill doesn't promote red blood cell production, so that's not an option for many older men who tend to be anemic. This may work just ok for some men, but the data suggests the pill is medicore at best.

    Low ferritin, low saturation. What you do?

    • @therestoreclinic
      @therestoreclinic 9 днів тому

      Low ferritin in the context of low iron saturation typically means chronic iron deficiency anemia. Cases like these require an in-depth workup to figure out "why."

    • @ayaztejani
      @ayaztejani 9 днів тому

      @@therestoreclinic too much trt, means too much red blood cells, which means less ferritin and less being transported to parts other than bone marrow. Iron is required for producing protein for mitochondria, to produce ATP. So you can have decent haemoglobin levels and still feel tired. In the uk doctors are thick. Also, all these companies thar sell trt are stupid.

      Libido is extremely complex. We've worked with countless patients and you'd be surprised how many had low libido due to reasons that were unrelated to their TRT program. In all honesty, libido may be one of the most challenging aspects of men's health as it's an intersection of psychological and physical health.

    • @therestoreclinic
      @therestoreclinic 23 дні тому

      A lot of our patients use 27g 0.5'' insulin syringes, which does include delt and/or VG injections, so yes, it works quite well. Also, I do not use anything to prevent hair loss. Hair loss is primarily genetic. If you look at some of my older videos you can see that I have had some thinning around the crown a bit. It happens. I really noticed it most in the last 1-2 years, but then again, I'm 40.

    • @therestoreclinic
      @therestoreclinic 29 днів тому

      One of the most common side effects of the GH peptides is fatigue. I give every patient a heads up that fatigue/sedation is common hence why I suggest they take these at bedtime. First, I'd suggest doing only bedtime dosing so that you aren't tired through the day (from the morning injection). If that doesn't help, then I'd recommend doing only one of the GH peptides at a time to rule-in/rule-out if it's either the GHRP2 or the CJC1295 that's making you tired. Lastly, if that doesn't help, then switch to tesamorelin as it isn't nearly as sedating.

    • @therestoreclinic
      @therestoreclinic Місяць тому

      If you go through an insurance-accepting provider (i.e. urologist), then getting ANY compounded medication is damn near impossible. Reason being is because most insurance-based providers will only prescribe things that may be covered by insurance and anything compounded is considered "off label" and thus not covered by insurance. Xyosted, on the other hand, might be covered, though. My gripe with Xyosted is that it's only going to be covered for once-weekly administration. If it were covered for minimally twice weekly administration, then it would be a better product.

Our channel has featured numerous PFS patients that come from extremely successful backgrounds in the medical field, biology, military, entrepreneurship, etc. These are normal people (men and women both) that have have been practically crippled by the devastating physical, neurological, and/or sexual side effects of Finasteride, or other anti-androgenic medications like Spironolactone, saw palmetto, etc. The effects unfortunately extend beyond just sexual and neurological issues at this point. I'm so happy to see he has gone out and opened his own DPC practice. I wish him continued success. I too have a DPC TRT practice. Much of this podcast resonated with me. Had a patient I treat come to me after getting his yearly labs done with his PCP. Guess what? PCP told him he was going to stroke out with a Hct of 55. Patient lives at high elevation in Utah and on TRT. Even though I had previously discussed his post TRT labs with him with similar lab numbers, I still had to talk him off the ledge due to the fear mongering of his PCP. PCP also told him his total T should never be above 700 ng/dl. Where on earth do these PCPs get these arbitrary numbers? LOL. The ignorance in insurance based primary care provider model is staggering.

    Putting the time in looking at solid base research and then see if it stacks up to real life experiences we can definitely see the difference with each person. What I have learned over the years at 55 is you as a individual knows what going to work for you and what will not! Fine tuning the body is a constant thing for each person. I find that right combination I feel great, excellent energy, sex drive and my mind can think well but we have to try certain methods its just the way it is if we are going to learn. This entire approach can get very in-depth as we also have to include good nutrition and proper gut health. Working with someone that doesn't put in proper nutrition and take Healthy life style seriously is a waste of time. To many want a magic bullet but if they are not going to put in the effort its a dead end with these people. My real excitement is peptides and where we can go with them as well as studying how our minds work and learning to tap more of our mind's ability to alter our physical body.
